    Hi folks, I'be been trying to create a new account for a few weeks now but always get an error message after submitting billing info about the oage not being available pls try later... has anyone else had this problem or know whats up?

    Use a different credit card to activate it.... Some reason it not accepting usally this happens if you already made a new account with that credit card... may try that.

    Go to the Subscription Info tab (instead of the Billing Info tab) and click the link that says "Change Billing Method." You go through a few screens that let you choose whether you want to pay by credit card or game time card; select billing frequency and put in credit card info; and get verification of the online subscription tax for your state (if any).

    If you just want to change your credit card info so it is up to date for the next billing, I don't recommend using this method to change the info because I think your credit card will get dinged for the whole fee when you do it. If you need to change the card info, just delete your billing info (use the Billing Info tab) and then wait until you get an e-mail telling you the subscription will expire in 7 days. Wait until the 7 days is about finished and then use the "Change Billing Method" link on the Subscription Info tab to put in your new credit card information.
