New OSI Decay System Broken

    So a recent publish added houses going OSI when they have player-owned vendors.

    Unfortunately, they don't work correctly at all. They go Somewhat worn then disappear at a random time. The publish states that the OSI house will go through a full decay rotation.

    Can we please get a response on this? This is ridiculous.

    In all the years I have done Idocs, houses owned by OSI have ALWAYS been weird. I suspect that bugs inherent in the system are far too imbedded to be simply resolved. So I also suspect that the situation will now forever remain as is. Hope I am wrong for your sake but I aint holding my breath.
