Did you read the sticky guide for warriors? Lots of good advice in there. Perhaps once you've read that, you can ask a more specific question. Any time you ask "best", it seems like a reasonable question to ask ... for what?

First work out what weapon(s) you will be using. Then you need to work out how much stamina and SSI you will need to get the max swing with that weapon (1.25s) then build a suit around this.

Thats how I do it anyway.

Ok i need 55%ssi 180stamina for war hammer. Better medable suit lmc40 or non medable lmc55%? Mana regen work with mage armor. Better dci high or high resist? Better fc4 or fc2 with protection Spell? Better one hand weapon 35%parrying low damage and ep50% or two hand weapon 40% parrrying high damage?

One of the key considerations when making any template is how are you going to heal and cure. From the template you've posted above it looks like you are relying on Chivalry and Confidence. If that was me I'd therefore want 4/6 FC/FCR.

I would go 55 LMC and a non med suit if possible though you may not have that option given the requirements for FC/FCR/HCI/DCI/LMC/SSI/Stam/Resists, you're more than likely going to need a couple of artifacts.

Mana Regen works on any armour.

DCI or Resists (assuming you mean refinement), depends what you'll be fighting, you'll have Evasion against spells, but having high DCI lessens how often you'll Counter Attack. If I had to pick one I'd say refine for resists but I'd probably do neither personally.

I wouldn't use Protection. Though if you are going to don't forget you need to build an extra 14 physical resist onto your suit if your character is human, or 15 if elf/gargoyle.

1h or 2h, use both/whatever the situation requires.

You are a macer. You don't want to use a war hammer.
You want to use a hammer pick for targets with high resists for AI and a maul for targets with low resist for double strike.
And you want to have max hit life leech on them.
Also, you want either 55 LMC with studded or 45 LMC with plate and superior stamina protection. 45 DCI helps, but going all 75s with 20 DCI is good too.

I personally would rather use a war axe than a hammer pick for AI, but up to you. 3.75s is rather slow.

A good war axe slayer set is needed for any mace fighting warrior intending on doing spawns.

War axe is a good, faster option for a macer, yes.
I tend to prefer the slower hammer pick for higher damage.

For whirlwind, a blackstaff is needed, but considering you have 120 bushido, I'd just prefer to use momentum strike instead.
