    By WildStar

On Saturday, February 14th 2009, the Kingdom of Dawn held a Valentine’s Day Ball as part of its 11th Anniversary Celebrations. The ball was held at the Kingdom of Dawn Malas Outpost and Book Library which is located two building west of the Western Gate of Umbra. It started at 7 PM PST (10 PM EST) shortly after the conclusion of the first two parts of the EM event.

The guests were greeted by Kurpur, the head of the Orc Clan in Dawn. Translation: Welcome to Dawn Valentines Day Ball.

After short opening comments, everyone sat down and started to talk amongst each other, explore the building and enjoy the cakes, cookies and beverages placed throughout the building.

The more bookish of the guests found their way upstairs to the library which has 11 bookcases of player-written and in-game books. It is a mirror of the Dawn Library and the Terdeus Hall Library located in the Dawn Royal Palace in Felucca.

After a while the orcs, James and Kurpur, decided to prepare a meal of their own.

While another guest composed a poem for Rage and had Cupid deliver it.

The ball went on for several hours and a good time was had by all. Before the guests left, they were given engraved pan of cookies or cake with “Kingdom of Dawn 11th Anniversary – 2/14/2009” on it.
