Event: UO Pumpkin Carving Contest Date: 10/15/10 - 10/30/10 Judging: 10/31/10 Players have up until the 30th of this month to post a picture of their real life UO themed jack-o-lanterns here. The entries will be judged on the 31st and the winner will recieve a "goody bag". Event: Fel Champ Spawn Day Date: 10/21/10 Meeting Place: Luna Bank Time: 6:00pm - 8:30pm EST (Meeting with Helios and Mesanna at 9) On Thursday the 21st anyone who is interested in doing Fel Champion Spawns should meet at Luna Bank, from there gates will be provided to the first champion spawn. Depending on how long it takes and how much interest there is, we will continue to do spawns right up until 8:30. Event: Pvp escort quest Date: 10/22/10 Meeting Place: Fel Minoc Moongate Time: 7:00pm EST This will be a Rp-pvp event, but dont worry, none of you attackers or defenders will have to rp at all. What I mean by this is I'm going to provide some background about the "caravan" so that people understand why they will act the way they do. The caravan will consist of 3 to 4 people. The "boss" will be equipped in a full resist suit and be worth 10 points to the attacking team, the "body guard" will be equipped in a GM made suit and be worth 6 points to the attacking team, the "assassin" will be worth 3 points to the attacking team and be naked. The possibly extra person will be dressed as an extra assassin (but is not a confirmed player at the moment) The boss needs to make it from Fel Minoc gate all the way to the cross roads in order to "talk" with the healer grandmaster there. However being deathly afraid of riding animals, he is forced to walk, as are his guards. Knowing that he is a target for unsavory types he has decided to hire mercenaries to defend him. His body guard has orders to stay close to him at all times, while his assassin(s) have orders to stay within eye sight but be invisible. The rules: The caravan must stay on the road The caravan will stop moving if the escorts leave the screen The defenders and attackers can rez each other and continue on Once the group reaches the cross roads that round is over and the roles switch If the mage dies, the round is over and the roles switch The caravan will attack and defend itself in addition to the current defenders Teams of 3-5 people for attacker/defender roles If more than 2 teams sign up we will run this event tournament style The winning team splits 3million gold, in the event of a tie, it will be split between both teams.
