We did it !
Well how Awe some!
Is Magencia worth saving? It was a question that has been bantered back and forth over cups of ale and coffee amongst the guilds in Sonoma, Felucca side. In other shards and facets the rifts were defeated one by one, yet on Sonoma, Felucca they stood, guarded by the demons. Even the largest guilds of the lands were more interested in killing each other rather than defeating the hoard of demons that spawned in this once fair city. Other more profitable opportunities presented distractions the warriors of Sonoma. Who could resist the possibility of earning rare and valuable artifacts in the dreaded Doom Dungeon?
Two days ago a small group of warriors from the alliance of SM came together to try to defeat the demons that had invaded Magencia. During this battle they discovered that there was a way to defeat the demons. Soon after the first Rift Guardian was defeated, the possibility of defeating this invasion seemed within possibility.
For two days, in between frequent attacks from COP and MOO, the rift guardians dropped one by one. Early this morning, the SM alliance came together with a purpose and a vengeance. While a small contingency of the SM alliance as well as a few from other guilds, with the similar purpose to keep MOO and COP occupied, the last rift guardian was defeated.
Thank you to COP and MOO for their contributions to our insurance funds. You fought a good fight, even feeling the sting of our arrows and spells, you did not give up trying to defeat our mission.
A special thank you to Dera [Café], whose sacrifice and insane bravery in leading dozens of demons to help distract the enemy guilds, provided a delightful diversion that helped us repel the many attacks last night.
To the brave warriors of the SM alliance who thought that Magencia - Felucca was worth saving and fought long and hard battles to succeed in this mission, I salute you. You are all heroes.
