I received my FIRST "End of Subscription" email from Mythic Entertainment on August 11, 2011 with instructions to call (650) 628-1001 if I did not authorize this. No Billing Information was reason cited. I called immediately, also read UO Stratics for any info, and was told both by EA Rep and in Forums these emails were sent in error and should be ignored. On 8/13 I got 4 more such emails, 8/14 I got 2 more, 8/17 another, 8/20 another, 8/21 another, and yesterday I got 11 MORE such emails. Prior to yesterday I was able to log into every single account, and all were active and on recurring billing before the Migraineation of the Account Management System to the Account Mis-Management System. However, yesterday half of my accounts became BLOCKED and no longer allow me to log into them. I have called repeatedly, spent many hours on the phone, submitted several Questions each with Incident Reference Numbers, and as of my last call to EA, I was told to "just be patient!!!" Sadder still, nothing on my Bank Statement from EA's charges allows me to link their charge to any of my specific accounts making it almost impossible to catch any double billing AND for the FIRST TIME EVER I am now seeing Taxes included in their charges. This Screw Up Tops all previous UO screw ups over the past 14 Years ...COMBINED! Most of us Love Ultima Online and have been Loyal beyond all reason or expectation. But this is Utterly Unacceptable. When? if EVER, will we get Official Word from EA, get this ALL fixed, and Get some serious compensation for the stress and angst THEY Have Caused???
