I ***** when something is wrong, it is only fair I praise when something is done right. I had an issue where in account management, I accidentally paid for an old account instead of main one. I never logged on it and sent an email to support. After about a week of back and forth (they wanted to verify it was my account- my first response was that I could just dispute charge- but gave them the information they asked for) today the funds are back in my account. Just wanted to publicly say thank you.
