    This one has experienced over lifetime ruptured discs, fractured vertebrae, slipped dsics, and now degenerative disc syndrome.
    Inversion boots assist greatly, as does extensive core training. I am still able to do whatever. Can do kempo, throw, be thrown, climb, run, work out. This one loves russian kettlebells: found to be best rehabilitative item he has ever run across. Works cardio, flexibility, strength and power all at same time. And turns almost every excercise into core excercise if done correctly.

    Tigs, I did that a few times in college too. Your best bet is to hold out until 8 or 9 PM to fall asleep, or you might end up messing with ur sleep schedule (if you have one).

    @goron, good ol aderol haha!
