I believe these earrings are an old "Curse" item that have used up all their charges. They were the opposite to the bless charge (+10 Stat) items.
My best guess is because the curse charges appear to used up that they no longer lower the stats when equipped.

With the exception of some of the invisibility/teleport or those items with max charges... they are worth less than 100k. I do believe some of these items are able to redeemed for spring cleaning points. It may be worth more based on that value.

I had checked it before your posting(do they drop 10 stat). Yes they do drop 10 stat each. But after looking again in my bank, they now have 74 charges. So i will do a test. Wear it 74+ times and see if the charges will hidden again.
Sorry during testing i see only int is going down. Maybe the suit maybe some other stuff.

I have a character that was wearing a pair of those. i just logged on to check if they did lower the stats (i was 99 percent sure they did, but thought i would double check) well i logged on and they changed to regular earrings since the last time i was on him (Friday night)

So, either the charges work invisibly and they ran out, or, if left on a character they have a possibility to revert to regular earrings.

I had these earrings on a vendor paperdoll for about 2 years, and before that in a chest. Had them on this character for maybe a month (im only on him for less than an hour at a time tho)

No idea what they would be worth. anywhere from 25k - 10mil if someone really wanted them for some reason.

i would buy them for 1mil to replace the ones i had that just reverted :)

Just saw new post - if charges only appear in bank, but not on character, then they are indeed invisible when worn, and when they run out will be simply "earrings" with no stats.

You don't need to remove and reequip if you want to use the charges. They should be passive use and use another charge as soon as the curse spell has expired. Once the charges are used up, they are gone and they do not recharge.
