I found this cloak in a container full of old crap and wondered how it came by that it was named "Green Cloak"

Can anyone tell me how this item was created? and or how much I could expect to sell it for?

    Please see attached image

Depending on shard it could go for 2-8m. No clue how they were made.

I think the "Green" label came from the AoS launch. More specifically, I think it came from the patch when barbed leather was first introduced. There was some kind of bug that involved barbed leather and sewing kits, or maybe it was stuff that already had the color of barbed leather, that caused the "Green" label. I'm sure someone else can tell us which it was.

Think it came about if you had leather set to Barbed on your sewing kit and then made a cloth item. An interesting quirk is that it can be dyed with Tokuno pigments, so unblessed green clothing generally sells for more than blessed since it can be cut up to create new Tokuno dyed clothing.
