I just waited nearly an hour for an IDOC to fall. It wasn't falling, so I checked the house sign again, and OSI took the house!

    Name: Demolition Pending
    Owner: OSI
Condition: This structure is like New.
Open to the Public, yet I cant step on it anymore.

That means someone paged a GM asking to save it, as they just reactivated, or someone is fighting thier ban.

    Yes, two vendors.

I considered that they might be owned by people other than the owner of the house, but that shouldnt stop it from falling!

If a house has rented out vendors the house will not collapse

If vendors are set to auto renew does the house stay up as long as the vendor is paid?

Well, looks like as long as the vendor has items in the pack for sale.

I do not like this! That IDOC was mine! Whats to stop someone from putting a vendor on house with 125 junk items at 499 gold each, where nobody will buy them, so it stops house from falling? pay vendor for 5 years worth and deactivate account.

Only works if they're 'contract vendors' not the house owner's. It's to allow the vendor owners to re-claim their inventory and gold.
