PANIC,problem with payment of account

    Hi there,

    I have suddenly received following info:
    Billinginformation not accepted.Im now suspended.

    What is going on.I have had the same creditard for a long time.
    Grrrr.


    Please help me.

    Check the credit card expiration date. That often seems to be the issue when I see these types of posts.

    But I have had the same card since last summer at least.
    And I have payed two acounts monthly since then.

    And its valid for 2013 !

    Should I change to other card?

    First off, check your card account. Make sure someone didn't get ahold of it and run up a huge debt to the point you've reached your credit limit.

    You might also want to call the credit company and confirm the account status. They may have it flagged if they think that the account might be used by a thief, etc. If things are good there, ask if they can see the transaction hitting and why it was rejected.

    If they do not see it, it's time to call EA.

    Hi there

    thank you for respond.

    First of all I dont have any credit ion my credit card only cash payment.

    But I got a new card last summer so maybe that was changed...

    I have changed CC to my company card.

    How long would it take until I will notice if that card was acceptable?
    Do they have any service at weekends or do I need to wait until monday?

    Bad timing,I want to buy stuff at rares festival.

    Bad thing with weekends is that people do not work in Scandinavia.
    Absolouteley not in banks anyway.

    Ah but the system is American and I do believe it is automatic so it should work.
    Provided the cc's are not on some kind of list, or yur cc company is closed and therefore wont resolve the issue. Not sure about your country but if ya have a walmart, or other department store, try getting a prepaid cc, and use it for right now.

    Double check the details in your account page. There was a problem some time ago with the 'country' setting reverting to 'United States' which of course makes your card details not match their file.

    I´ve had the same problem with two of my accounts this week. One got de-activated on the 15th and another one yesterday.

    There´s money to be drawn and the details is as they should be.

    I tried to re-activate them tonight but when I get to the page where I fill in my subscription options and CC details and click OK I just get returned to that same page over and over... :p

    So it seems something´s a little buggy for me. Will try again later.

    EDIT: I just tried re-activating using a second CC and it worked on the first try. So question is, why did it not accept my original CC when there were funds on it and the details were properly filled in. :confused:

    your problem seems to be similar to mine.

    It was not possible to update my billing info with old CC.
    When I changed to other one it was possible to save.

    But,I didnt notice that the payment did no went through so im now suspended.This morning I checked my mail and saw it so I treid to update,I have also managed to log in in the morning.But now I cant.

    Arrrg,

    found the problem

    They have treid to get my money for some time and finally pulled the plug.

    I now noticed that under my bolling info there was a reactivate subscription button.I can log in now with my new creditcard payment.
    One day of festival lost because of this.

    Thing is though that I´ve had funds on my card all along but I still got daily mails saying there was a problem with my subscription payments so meh, I don´t know...
