Problem: No billing information

    I received an email from account management stating my account was deactivated due to no billing information on file. Now what?

    Answer:
    It is possible that the master account that was setup during migration was never updated with payment information. If you do not have any information on file, you may only need to associate an EA master account with your UO account. If you have any issues setting one up or with assigning your UO account to it, please e-mail BioWare Mythic billing at support@ultimaonline.com. Some of the things you may want to include in the e-mail are:

    • Name of the account:
    • First and Last name on account:
    • Email on account:
    • Date of birth on account:
    • Any codes activated on the account:
    • Any character names found on the account:
    • Phone number on the account:
    • Secret Word:

    -Please do not include any passwords.-
