Faction Thieves will now receive 100 silver and 10 kill points for successfully capturing a town sigil
time for everybody to start training stealing cause 10 kill points is ****ing a **** load for corrupting a sigil.
This means if a single thief takes his time he can collect 80 kill points in 2 hours.
and "Tamers can no longer aggro with their pets and stay hidden "
big UHH OHH for all the uber stealth tamers out there
Half of this stuff is either inactive or broken on TC....
I could have sworn they said Arcane Jems and Smoke Bombs would be stackable with 56. Ah well, at least I can start stocking up on Granite and sand.
They changed the corruption time from 10 hours to only 2.
I HATE the vendor changes. Two hour corruption is sweet, is it still 3 days after you corrupt the town before you can steal the sig again? I do see guilds witha strong off hours european contingent getting the better deal here though.

Although it does say successful, so I assume it includes the guarding period, not just the act of stealing it?
I believe the thief has to be online at the time the sigils corrupt in order to get the bonus as well.
Still, these faction changes are worlds better than the item ones they came up with.
I agree, I am excited to see some changes in factions.
Keep in mind these "changes" are only for the duration of the event, although, they could possibly lead to more permanent changes. Draconi has already said the 2 hour corruption time is temporary for the event.
yeah but thats a change taht could eb real good for population have a set times taht the sigil can be corrupted for, Say a block of 5 hours and it only takes 1 or 2 hous t corrupt a sigil.
These new faction items are going to be insanely funny on Siege. Who agrees?
This should be interesting nonetheless. The Faction event looks pretty thought out though, anyone know what these new spellbooks and weapons are off the faction monsters?
Maybe for trammies who don't want to have to put any effort into anything, but for those of us who enjoy the faction fights and stealing, no thanks. rolleyes:
Ah good point. Well, maybe it will stick. Or maybe they will forget to turn it off like they have things in the past..
The vendor changes are ok, they just forgot to lower/changes the fee. Only reason players abuse it is, vendor fee is insane. If you have a vendor away from town, it will be very expensive to try to sell items and not worth it.
Changes it so it if I place an item on my vendor, it will cost the fee if the item stay longer than 30 min on vendor before it is sold but the vendor will make me pay each week instead of each RL day. the price for a week should be the price we now pay a day.
This way, shops away from town again can affort vendors.
Now maybe I do understand it wrong, I can only hope. If it mean the normal daily fee is gone, this are a really great changes for shops away from town
