Question about some of the NEW ITEM properties on GARG aRty's.

    OK... so I have a couple of questions for anyone that has one of these and has tested it...

    OK ... so here's my question. I was looking at the Summoner's Kilt and decided that a measley 2% MOD is a JOKE unless 1 of the following is true.
    1) They allow the imbuing of "Casting Focus" on other items at some point so you can get it to a reasonable level

    2) That the 2% Shown on the item STACKS in some fashion.. I'm quite attracted to this IDEA as I think it would be reasonable well balanced at 2%. I was theorizing that perahps each successful cast of a spell adds a 2% that your next spell can ignore 1 interuption... So imagine your dueling a dexxer and chain up 5 spells before he hits you... that could theortectically give you a 10% chance to ignore the interution... AND yes you could spam 50 weakens or something on yourself to make your next spell 100% not interuptable, but then in that same time you could have just precast it anyway lol... ANYONE have Summoner's kilt to confirm how it actually functions ?
