    Hey guys -

Been away from the game since about a year before SA came out. I'm starting to get the itch again, and was looking into mysticism.

I'm thinking stone form would be good to incorporate into a pvm warrior instead of vamp form.

Does anyone know the real effects of stone form? I'm interested in swing speed loss, damage resistance, and if you actually get immunities to curses, bleed, etc.

Your best bet to really get a feel and understanding of it working with a warrior is jump on test, put the skills together and try it.

The benefits of vamp form is the life leech.

If you were going to do stone form PvM you would need to go the whammy route but somehow fit in mystic for stone form. Heavy mana/stam leech on weapon and constantly cast curse weapon. I've yet to find anything more successful than the ABC or Sampire.

Why fix it if it isn't broken?

    Thanks for the replies.

If I had an active account, I would jump right on test and get to work figuring this out myself. I don't, though, so that's why I'm asking here.

Lynk - You seem to be implying that I could be in both wraith form and stone form at the same time? Does stone form act more like a buff and not an actual form?

Also, I played a sampire for years, and I have a pretty good handle of it. I was looking at coming back to the game and try something new, not to just right back in where I left off. I'm not saying that a stone form warrior would/could be any better, but I'd sure like to try it out if I could get the stats.

    Because it's boring :)

Think he means, like you would in wraith form, you use Curse weapon with stone form.

Ah - yeah, that would make sense. Thanks Miner.

Still looking for info on the effectiveness of the curse/bleed/paralyze/etc resistance, swing speed reduction, damage inc and phys resist if anyone has some info. Probably just going to have to wait until I have the expansion and an active acount to test it myself it seems.

No one has these numbers, only way to find out is to test it.
Curse/bleed/para/whatever resistance usually means you're immune to those things.
