I'm seeing exceptional weapon with 25 di. How are people do this? I havent cared about di on weapons in forever but the 25 di allows for little more dmg on a imbued mage weps etc. Any help would be appreciated.

they are probably lowering the di with imbuing !unless you mean without being imbued

  3. If you have arms lore you can make weapons with even a dull copper runic that have at least 40% di so 25% di is nothing.

Long ago, if I remember well, the bonus for exceptional was 25% DI. It's either this or the DI was lowered with imbuing (if you want to imbue expensive properties it can be handy, even if you plan to raise DI higher later).
