I emailed and spoke to EA customer service representative today about reactivating an old uo account. Here is the situation: My old email [email protected] was linked to the account. I since moved and the old email is no longer active. Now when you jump on the EA website to retrieve the password is sends the password to the inactive email. He said he couldn't give me my account name or password or anything. I offered to answer any security questions he might have but wasn't able to help. It's pretty baffling to me how they're unable to help me in account name and password retrieval. How do they expect people to reactivate old accounts when people have moved and emails change? Anyhow is it me or is this is kind of ridiculous. Also has anyone experienced something similiar and found a way around it?
