Hi, anyone found that the reactive parazyle seems to have a quite high % of parazlying people? Making the parry mage quite immune to warriors and archers?

Because now that 120 resist, it would still be parazyled by that. Making the 120 resist seems quite useless to it.

I think that it is a little bit overpowered and should be toned down a little bit.

    What do you guys think?

Also, mysticism area attack spells able to cast inside town.....seems not working as intended right?

Hope these can be looked at in next patch.

Being Paralyzed when hitting on someone is not a scenario that would likely kill you... Use a trapped box to avoid it. Its not like Parry Mages are the most common and overpowered template out there - there are some more important things to look at. The splintering mod for example... this effect should break on damage...

they've actually been trying to revitalize pure templates, including the wrestle mage, for awhile. not sure if they meant to do that with the reactive proc. though, lol...but, most of the shame loot mods are OP if you find a non-cursed item. that's the problem with the rarity...as long as there is a chance for an item to spawn it needs to be balanced, doesn't matter if there is a 0.0000001% chance to get it, because someone will find a way. plus they made getting powder so easy now, so once you do find a non-cursed arty it's pretty easy to keep up the splinters.

i think, as is the case with a lot of these mods, reducing the RNG might not be the answer. but you either reduce the RNG or you put on a cooldown between procs., which some people might like more for items that have splinter (as far as knowing when they have to repair, sort of like counting ammo). not so sure about reactive, haha...but gives both pure mages and pure parry dexxers something to look forward to since shield users haven't mattered as much as one hand pot chuggers and archers.

but yeah, I'd wager there are less roaches around than chivs using reactive, if not only because of the sc/-mod rarity. makes me want to build an old school anat/eval heal mage, rofl.

Theres a 30% chance to para if you parry. I haven't used it on a parry mage, but have on a bushido dexer (in theory i'd parry a hell of alot more than a parry mage) and it went off every once in a while, but nothing fun and exciting.

Its actually pretty nice, especially since they made it so 8 seconds is a max timer on a bandaid. I had healing on briefly, then took it off for more offense lol.

Reactive Paralyze is also 140 imbuing weight and exceptional shields can only be imbued up to 450 weight. Just pointing out the investment. You can't put 15 DCI or some other interesting re-forged mod on a shield with Reactive Paralyze because it won't fit with SC, No-Pen. I suppose you could use a wooden shield and get the free SC FC-1 with a Frostwood enhance. I haven't tested that yet.

Actually my parry healer mage is using it, and I tested it that it is impossible for a dexer to kill me even I stand still including this crazy auto para mod without any casting and cool down. So I bring this topic up to nerf my template :)
