Lets say i have allready ate the 120 mage scroll

    Real skill-100 magery

    Sets Magery- 120 skill points

Now my question is this, Is it like really having 120 skill points, or would you fail more since its a "false point skill"

Dont know that i would ask.

Your chance for succfully casting the spell would be based on the 120 magery.

However, some spells (G Heal, Mindblast) calculate thier effects using the base Magery, 100 in this example. So, in this case, a GHeal would heal a little less damage, because it is using the 100 real magery, instead of the 120 adjusted magery.
