Since I lost my provo on a soulstone I forgot to lock down, I'm retraining it from 90 to 107. Last time I did it all provoking monsters, but I'm trying to make up for some lost time here to get back on track. I made an EC macro with a provo bard mastery (I think it's inspire) and a delay of 5 seconds, then repeat. Looks like I'm gaining about 1 point an hour. Does this sound right?

Decrease the delay to 2 sec. When a mastery is on casting mastery cancel it (it doesn't take an instrument charge). With 2 sec delay you really cast (on) a mastery 1 time every 4 seconds.

Excellent. I just changed all the delays to 2 seconds, and the macro is chugging along smoothly but much faster. Thanks, Corwin

Fastest training would be to Do (With 4/6 casting)
    Inspire
    Delay .8 sec
    Invigorate
    Delay .8 sec
    Repeat
