Returning to UO, on my dexer

I am attempting to return to uo and am in the process of making a dexer. I am having trouble getting information. I would like this to be a pvp dexer. From what little I have been able to research I'm assuming I'm shooting for something along the lines of:

    120 Swords
    120 Tactics
    120 Anatomy
    120 Healing
    120 Resist
    120 Bushido

    1) Is this template a good balance of offense and defense? Can I put out enough pressure to kill in a one on one situation?

    2) My second question is where can I find a list of what attributes a good suit will consist of?

Some time ago I made a mage suit so I know the mage suit pretty well and a mage suit is nothing without 100 LRC, 15 SDI, 40 LMC, 70's resist, 70 DCI.... then you have the secondary attributes such as MR, Hit Point Inc, Int, and Strength you want to max out. Well I need this same information but from a dexer point of view.

    Thank you!!!

Its not a bad temp. Most are running poison but this is functional. I would suggest using a bokuto nerve strike to paralyze and then AI and swamp. Mixing in bleed if you can. A good suit needs at least 45 HCI and 45 DCI. It should have a resist of 70 in everything but fire (you should take fire resist up higher if you can). You will need 40LMC and you will need 150 healing. Your going to need to try and get your swing speed to max so you may need to get around 180 stamina. Mana increase and mana regen as well as getting your hit points up to around 130 is the way to go.
