Sampire weapon question:

After doing some dungeon crawling (not with my Sampire), I have ended up with a few of the virtue artifacts, namely Katrina's Crook. My Sampire uses swords, but after noting the moderately high leech values on the crook, I was wondering if it would be a useful weapon for a Sampire.

I assume the main reasons that it isn't widely used are:

The specials on it aren't the most optimal (but not terrible)
    It has no SSI

Would the leech values themselves, along with the decent damage increase it has, mixed with a high Dex/Stamina score make this an item worth using?

If the cons I listed concerning this weapon aren't the main reasons it isn't useful for a Sampire, please list why.

    Thank you.

It's much easier to find a better leech weapon than using a Katrina's Crook.

I used the crook for a long time and it works fine.
