    Hi all
    I have a small problem that I hope one of you may be able to help with.
    I decided today to upgrade my second account to the Stygian Abyss expansion, so off to the Origin store I went, and for some reason I can't seem to find the option to purchase the upgrade, I can only see the option for buying a new account with the 14 day free play which is not what I want.

    I am perhaps missing something, my eyes aren't the best, but could one of you nice folk possibly point me in the right direction?

    Also, I'm in Australia if that helps, maybe it's a region thing.

    just checked and its on the second page of listings on origin store. I clicked the link on uoherald.com and at the bottom of the origin page theres the option to view items 11-20, thats the page with the SA upgrade

    Thank you for your help, but unfortunately I'm having no luck at all.
    Storm, your link takes me to the Origin main page and Xalan, I tried it the way you said and nothing.

    Even when I search 'Ultima Online' and go through all the UO products, the upgrade still doesn't come up as an option, only the new account option.

    This is very frustrating.

    I'm currently in Australia yes.
    It would appear that the Origin store changes from region to region, so I'm going to assume that the upgrade just isn't available in this part of the world.

    It's a shame that people aren't able to purchase things they need and help to contribute to the longevity of the game by giving their dollars.

    All I wanted to do was make scroll binders hehe

    You know, I'll be honest I can't understand why the origin store changes based on your location... Is there any reasonable explanation for this?

    I know they have been updating the stores that may be one not done yet or missed

    Though it's looking like I'll just purchase an advanced character token for Cooking, and use it on my main account.

    Yes, I believe all codes are generic to all countries.

    I would think this would work but technically it may not be legal!

    Its like people in the usa going and buying smokes in a state that is cheaper and then bringing them home people do it all the time but are not supposed to!

    I hope that makes sense

    As you can see the US Origin Store has 26 UO items listed for sale. The Australian UO Store only has 12.

    Both the Upgrade to SA and the High Seas Booster are two of the items we DON'T have which is ridiculous given these these are the latest expansion and booster for existing accounts. You would have thought if NOTHING else those two products would have been priority.

    I re-opened two accounts on xmas eve. I am giving them til the end of February to stock the items, after that I will close both accounts again, as the High Seas booster was the ONLY reason I returned. I consider over 2 months to sort the issue out is sufficient and if they don't want my money so be it :)

    I have had offers from nice ppl to purchase for me but right now I am not amenable to mucking around mailing people cheques or doing international bank deposits, nor am I willing to spend hours on the phone with EA just to buy the product that is advertised as being 'AVAILABLE NOW'. If they can't be bothered selling it, I won't be bothered either.
