    Hi all,
    just wondering.
Most super items iv'e seen came from Shame.
Have anyone gotten anything super nice loot, from the other revamped dugeons ?
And are they even worth going there ?
And if so, what monsters do u hunt ?

Level 4 Covetous has given me some really nice Legendary items on rare occasions.

Not really ever gotten anything worth a hoot in Wrong though...... Unless all I want is stuff to unravel.

I don't bother with Covetous level 3. I guess I lack the confidence to really try to solo it. And Wrong is just a pain because you have to walk in and walk out and I generally avoid places like that because it's just a hassle when I only get to play for short stretches of time. I enjoy wandering the shard to see what's out there, on occasion, and smacking whatever I run into. However, when I'm on a mission to gather gold, loot to unravel, etc., I like to be efficient about it and feel like I accomplished something by the time I log off. It just feels like time wasted for me to go to someplace like Wrong or the Blackthorn dungeon and have to run through areas where I can't do anything useful or see anything new or different every time just to get to someplace else. Also, a lot of the loot in Wrong dungeon is for elves and I have almost no elven characters.

Sorry to sound so negative. Hopefully people who do regularly hunt in Wrong or Covetous can tell you what's worth killing if you want the best loot.

kind of 2 oddments really ...mainly with the loot pricing....

shame seems to be choice for good loot at the mo!!.....though to be fair...... the argument of luck/no luck will rage on in here for ever....however the range of prices for the shame loot is outrageausly different from player to player...u dont know were u stand with this loot...its sooo crazy......what one person would value at 5m another would value at 100m...but good luck with it...

blackthorns still going strong on most shards [luck does work here] alas prices kinda set in stone .....soooo u know were u stand with the pricing here!!!..... but are dropping by the week for the 100 point/items so i would hold out a little longer yet

I've built a nice inscription suit with plenty of mana regeneration from Covetous L3 and Shame loot, and that's about it.

The problem is that the so-called upgraded loot is cluttered with negatives -- cursed, brittle, cannot repair, luck -100. For any practical use I want equipment that I can depend on and that will last a while. For this reason I oppose changing all loot to the new system. We're all accumulating piles and piles of stuff that is too good to throw away but too sucky to use.

I wish that relic fragments could be used to recharge runic hammers and kits. LOL.

Shame loot is relatively easy to price when you think about how it works into a suit. for example, something with no lmc will always be worth way way less than something lmc, simply because the demand for it is 1/6 a piece with lmc, and their is an oversupply of it.
Same can be said for resists. you never need more than 3 high resists in a piece for most suits. 4 if its a sampire suit. so pieces with high resists but only 1 or 2 useful mods will never be worth much. i could go on and on about shame loot value. but its all about how it fits into a suit, and demand for the type of suit it fits into. or some idiot that thinks something is worth 100mil just because it has 10 useless mods : P

The only place you havent mentioned that is worth farming is the renegade camp North of Brit crossroads. no slayer but they are soloable and give a good loot table.

I have only hunted in any of these dungeons a fraction of the time others have, but I have gotten most of my clean legendary items from wrong. None of them were great, but some were good, and I've gotten good lower stuff at all of them. I think shame is the most popular because it has gagoyle stuff and easy to solo high loot drop monsters like the UEVs.

    Smoot ,
please go on about loot value.
    :)

For the first time in a longh time I will remake my suits and I want to start with 1-2 great looted part and then reforge the rest.
Damage eater is that considered to be a good property?

    Regards

Yes it is considered a good property. I personly prefer to u se a looted damage eater item since the property has such a high imbuing weight.
That doesnt really matter if you mean to only reforge and not imbue the suit though.

Shame is heavy on the gargoyle gear. Good for ingots and cannon supplies.
Wrong better chance at human/elf gear. They fixed the lizardmen to give spine leather, BONUS.
Covetous. Have to work to hard for some frags. Chance at special gear drops?
Shhhhh. About the brigands. They might clean that up.

Since were on the subject why can I use a slayer and for a regular hit in covetous 3 it does 1 damage!!! It's ai or nothing which puzzles me. The grind is ridiculous to kill one monster there. They Beef up the hps to 20k and let you do 1 damage with slayer weapons! F U N!!!!

Aha, so what im hearing is, that Wrong, Cove is not so good as a farmning place, due to the lack of UEV. But they should in theory be able to drop same loot as shame.
And the brigads are shh, anyone gotten anything nice from them ?

Actually, it's the raiders at the brigand camp which have Shame-style loot. And I doubt that they will be going away any time soon. They were just placed at that location about a year ago as one more way to get town loyalty after they stopped spawning in the towns. http://stratics.com/community/threa...es-test-center-tc1.287574/page-2#post-2195919 . Many of them, but not all, seem to have similar stats/skills as wandering healers. The ones in Fel drop about 450-600 gp and about 4 pieces of Shame-style loot, as well as clothing, a weapon with no properties, maybe some bandages, etc. The brigands that they spawn with are elves and easy to kill.

Has anyone noticed if farming in trammel or fel makes any difference?

I like Cove 3. Spawn types change (daily?) and gives some easier some harder times. Some weeks ago a looted a clean 15 SDI 10 INT bracelet. I think its pretty cool, although i had preffered 18 SDI over some INT :)

I see damage eater as an "extra" mod. if your taking heavy amounts of damage, it can save your life. dont sacrifice other stats for it tho. its an extra. like for pvp, sometimes i have 18 damage eater, and 30 fire or kinetic eater. i have a sampire suit where damage eater happened to fit in and its not really needed, but is a nice plus.

Building suits depends on alot of things. like how much gold you want to be involved, and what arties you plan on using.
Lately ive been building suits with 1 artifact resist piece with 300 weight or more non-resist useable mods, (this is so you dont need a resist mod in any other piece) then fill in the rest with good yet affordable 600 wieght reforeged peices. i ususally use 2 or 3 imbued pieces to get the resists perfect, add in hci pieces if i need it, or to get hpi. (hpi along with other useable stats is the hardest thing to do by far, thats why slithers still have good value and are used in top end suits)

Theres tons of possibilities tho. i dont burn barbed kits or anything it always is a waste for me. i just pick up good armor when i see it for an affordable price.

Me personally from farming countless hours in all 4 spots my best drops seen have been in cove level 4 only problem is hard hitting high resist creature so like said above 1-2 dmg normal hit...but say a sampire with a 100% mana leach AI weapon...with honor and chive woo and con wep doing AI,hit hit hit AI(basing that on a bladed staff) with the proper slayer you could rip through most of the creatures a lot faster then unbounds and have same drop table - the void cores and orbs the inbounds drop....problem is the spawn in cove changes every day so have many slayers and some of the spawn down there is really tuff to solo....personally I wait till it is elemental spawn down there then farm away...kill all creatures except the vortex eles or what ever they are called( look like air eles) they have a lot of HP,they are archer with high dmg high HCI high DCI and shoot like 3 arrows to one swing (and basing off my 40% SSI 170 stam using a bladed staff)...but besides them the rest are pretty easy..well flame else might give you a problem but manageable and the earth eles are the best I normally try and drag about 2 to the small area right where you enter and just waile on them...like 7-10 ai maybe a minute tops per kill and 6+ items....and if not elemental spawn the reptile spawn I'd also easy...just make sure the cove wyrm/s stay locked up in jail cell..if not try to get one locked in they are really big pain...but the rest in there are easy..but keep in mine the lava lizard things and war alligators have no slayer...best to use dragon slayer on them and whail of the drakes and wyverns again 6+ items and I've seen clean lesser to legendary artifacts from both spawns...but your best bet to survive solo down there is a sampitre with AI you can use tamer but with there resist being all 90+ takes along time kill even with disco there resist still in the 80% and thats 120 disco
