SL Tactical Advantage

    Greetings...

    Seems someone forgot to remove the Teleporter inside the SL base...
    That one from Melissa/Nystul Event where you say Chaos and go to an area where ONLY ... SL are allowed.

    Just pointing out...
    UNFAIR TACTICAL ADVANTAGE!

    Don't troll. He makes a good point. SL on several shards run for the hills at the sight of incoming guilds from other factions.

    I wouldn't call it a 'tactical advantage'

    Cast para fields on the gate.. or energy fields.. then run upstairs and steal the sigs.. or have a buddy with a gdrag sit outside the gate for the SL to come out.

    Hardly a tactical advantage..

    It is a safe Haven... which should not exist.

    I have no problem because SL is razed on Drachs on a daily basis.

    Well ... if you were on Napa you wouldnt have to worry ... we have a huge bug that allows even non-faction people to enter that room, and then the base - however once there (the base itself) the only way out is to help-stuck (no recall in that area of a base).

    Of course, this bug also broke what was a unique feature of Napa - I guess now it is just a *different* unique feature, eh?
     
  10. I'm pretty sure they said this would be a permenant thing, and the other factions would each have their own events over time to give them a similar thing as well.

    There is no fix needed, its easy enough to trap that area preventing them from exiting. No recal is allowed inside, the only way out is to help stuck.

    Also, The SL(im not in that faction just fyi) need to be able to get the obsidian daggers. AND on GL all other factions can get in as well.

  14. That was a bug, that should have been fixed guessing it hasnt??why should everyone be able to get into the Shadowlords meeting room and how is it a tactical advantage exactly??

    I would think the more poignant "bug" with the SL base is being able to jump up to the sig room from the corridor??

    That's exactly what I was thinking.

    If anything this is a negative tactic for the SL. Get a group to x-field the area when they will come back in at and trap them when they try to return. As long as your faction knows what they are doing they can easily slaughter the SL with this "tactical advantage." Same x-field tactic will also prevent others from entering.

    I mean seriously, it's the exact same thing lots of guilds do at the end of spawns in the star room. X-field!
