[Tailoring] So close to perfect...

    That's the point. In building the suit, when you start with artifacts like mace and shield glasses, you really don't need much in physical--- especially if you plan on enhancing after reforging/imbuing.

    The base resist for studded leather is 2/4/3/3/4. At 3/4/12/7/10, that means this piece got 1 point in physical and 0 in fire.

    This armor piece is for a sampire- I'll be imbuing fire, so the 0 exceptional resist added in fire is perfect.

    It is also going to be enhanced with barbed leather after being imbued. That will make the physical resist 6. With Mace and Shield Glasses being 25 physical resist, that's 31 physical in 2 pieces, that leaves 45 points for the other 5 slots, so an average of nine per slot. Usually when making suits, I am over on physical resist just from exceptional bonuses. Plus, if for some reason I had to imbue physical, this piece is just about perfect for that too.
