Anyone tried this since launch? I know some people used it fairly well during beta, but I can't for the life of me remember the template.

The only way that this would be practical is to run the same skill inc build that I do but instead of heal run with mysticism.

I'll admit I haven't messed with it, but what are the resist bonuses for Stone form?

I tested it a couple of weeks ago...you need full imbuing (or is it eval?) for it to be effective, but if I remember correctly, at max imbuing/mysticism, it's something like +5 to all resist caps and +14 to all resists, with a 20% damage increase and -5% SSI (I think) -- and you move pretty slowly. It's a nice bonus, but comparable to what a swamp dragon provides, and unlike with the swamp dragon, you're basically rooted since you can't ride a mount while using it. Hence, I don't really see it being something to build a template around. There might be situational uses, but I think that's about it. The only thing I could come up with is with mystic/tamers in certain situations where they have to take AoE damage -- since tamers tend to run with somewhat lower resists, it could be a big boon to survivability if your pet can hold aggro on whatever it is you're fighting. But honestly, even in that situation, I think 9 times out of 10 I'd rather be able to flee.

Actually those +5 resist caps would be a lot better than a swamp dragon if you're taking damage from anything other than melee/normal ranged attacks.

I've noticed at 50 imbuing and 60 myst, I get +2 resist cap and +4 resist increase.

Looking at that template, Lynk... How the hell do you get enough resists?

I thought swamp dragon with exceptional armor was -20% to all damage? That would make it equivalent to all 74s on a character with 70s from their suit.

If it's just phys damage for swampies, then yes, I could see the point. Still, you're moving *slow*, and it's another 240 skill points.

Nope, not all damage. And I use a prox swampy just because I don't want to get new barding deeds constantly, so it'd be even more beneficial to me.

And even though I'd only go with 220 extra skill points, that is kind of a problem. I thought that maybe it was just mysticism, but now I'm having second thoughts. Remember though that I don't need the 99 points in necro though, so that helps a bit. What doesn't help is no mysticism jewelry, or at least not in imbuing.

I don't think I could do Lynk's skill inc. template anyway. I just don't see how I could get the resists.
