Summer Market. I have been told that a market at the harbor in trinsic would be held by Anselm the infamous landlord of the tavern Zechender Troll! The rumors where that there would be free food and drinks, games and even a horse race. My curiosity made me check it out! Just shortly before eight in the evening i took my McGyver horse and headed to Trinsic Harbor. I arrived at a lovely decorated place and i noticed a nice area to stable our pets. I was welcomed by some nice people. I even recognized some familiar faces. I slowly moved myself towards the big bar that was been build. The Barkeeper offered me a drink. I'm not really a drinker , especially not when i'm working but i took myself some water. Slowly more and more people came to visit the summer market. It was now time for a first game. Several lines of cloth was nicely placed on the ground. Four people where ask to try this first game. I volunteered to be part of this game. Everyone was handed a dye tub. The idea was to dye all cloth pieces on the ground from one side to the other. There where several rounds. And in the final..... well.... I won! It seems that when my adventuring and reporting days are over, i can always get a new career in dying cloth fast! It was time for a bit more water after this first event. But shortly after it was time for the next event. A horse Race! We would start from the Trinsic Jail to the summer market and back. All where ready! 3..2...1... GO! We all rode as fast as we could. But then.....in the twisting roads of trinsic i got lost. I had to ask some local people the way back to the harbor. I waited there to hear the result of the race. The result was in! Gath was the winner! Running around is nothing for a old man like me. I should leave it to the young folks. While we where waiting at the bar again the cloth was rearranged for a new game. The four players where handed a new dye tub. They would get three minutes to dye as many cloth they could. It was a very tight battle with three people came on second place with the same amount of cloth dyed. But there could be only one winner! The person with the yellow dye! Tick! Then we got high visit of Em Borbarad himself. He was curious to see these fun little games. And of course they could nothing less then invite him to try it himself. Me and a few others where brave enough to battle this out against him. But apparently Borbarad was a faster cloth painter then us all. All the winners of the games got a nice little reward. Even Borbarad got one. But it was a bit strange that he placed a antique wedding dress above his green robe. It was time for a little more drinking. These games makes a person thirsty. Time passed by and it was getting late for this old warrior. I thanked everyone for this wonderful evening. It was time to go home and get some sleep. New Frarc, Drachenfels News reporter.
