    Just thought I'd share this

I was on the phone with ea support and the reason I have been unable to view support.ea.com or profile.ea.com is because of Explicit Congestion Notification

I use this to disable communications with services or applications which intentionally attempt denial of service. Explicit Congestion Notification is not only a security feature, it is also a flow control feature for tcp connection and in general a good thing to enable...

However to view support.ea.com this has to be disabled.

    Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7600]

    C:\Windows\system32>netsh int tcp show global
    Querying active state...

    TCP Global Parameters
    Receive-Side Scaling State : enabled
    Chimney Offload State : enabled
    NetDMA State : enabled
Direct Cache Acess (DCA) : enabled
Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level : highlyrestricted
Add-On Congestion Control Provider : ctcp
    ECN Capability : enabled
    RFC 1323 Timestamps : enabled

C:\Windows\system32>netsh int tcp set global ecncapability=disabled

Not sure why I have to reduce security of my system just to view ea's support site , but this is what has to be done to view it.
