A hint to the IT staff, you should not be forwarding all support emails to 1 spot, atleast push them to seperate email boxes based on the address that was emailed ffs. This franchise sure has gone to **** I've managed to link a couple of them, but on the third its just permanatly locked it seems. Account info is right, I *KNOW* it is, i've waited out the 30min timer by waiting almost 24 hours, guess what? STILL LOCKED.
