Howdy! When you use a fletching talisman, say, 20 bonus on fletching and say, 29 bonus exceptional... ok, if your fletching is already at 100, only the exceptional bonus would apply? The other bonus would be moot, right? So a talisman with a high exceptional bonus would be worth alot more even if the regular bonus was low? I've noticed people keep wanting a 30/30, but if only the exceptional bonus matters, why not a 30 exceptional and a 15 or so regular?

because even at 100 fletching there are many bows you will not be 100 at especialy ML recipe bows wich you only have 40% chance to make with no talisman like faerie fire 40% and the heavy for example you have 75% chance to make with no talisman there are changes coming that are on tc1 right now that are giving you a 5% boost giving you a 45% so any way you will need all the points on the tali you can get
