I've been having a problem with targetting in 2D. While in a dungeon, let's say the lizardmen...I'll be faced with a group of three lizardmen...right in front of my character. However, for some stupid %$#@!&$ reason, my character will start shooting (archery) the lizardman WAY in the back off the dang screen while the other three bum-rush me and start hitting my poor archer butt. The funny annoying WTF part is that even in War mode while getting beat on, my character NEVER auto-targets the very aggressive and psychotically blood induced raging homocidal growling lizardfolk that just happen to be EATING ME! Of course, I'm not completely dumb...as soon as the WTF Targeting aimsfor the lizardman in the back, I start double clicking on the ones in front of me...but with the speed those buggers run at, it takes sometimes four or five double clicks to get them targeted, even while holding Ctrl-Shift...and by that time, hey look, my arm is a stump! Yay! Is there a setting or a macro or something that will target the CLOSEST bad guy? You know...logical targeting?
