As of today I was able to reopen all of my Ultima Online accounts! After several emails and a very long telephone call I finally broke down and asked Mesanna for help with my billing issue. Keeping in mind I've been going back and forth with customer service since February. Somehow a miracle happened and Mesanna was able to assist in getting my billing information back on track with EA (not just UO) and I am now able to pay for my accounts again! Hooray. Kudos and a huge THANK YOU for taking the time to help me @Mesannna!!
