I have already provided my player name / my birth date / My current TSO game code and my Postal Code and a copy of my e-mail from Paypal confirming payment was sent to EA on Jan 29/07. You now need more information? I have been a faithful customer for TSO on and off since the game was in testing. I have asked for contact information previously to launch a formal complaint and been ignored. The way I am treated as a customer is appalling to say the least.
