they cant find my accounts

    one they can find but cant put on a master.

    the other is mia.

    been on phone with ea tech support for over an hour now.

    any help please!

    they got it. demand a specialist, dont settle for email help. the specialist solved my problem in 3 mins.

    Im not terribly surprised when BF3 launched the gaming and BF3 reddit was basically all people posting screenshots of unbelievable chat logs with EA customer service reps. Glad they got you fixed up.

    do you specifically ask for a 'specialist'? or use another term, like level 3, supervisor, etc?

    Took my lvl1 support guy 45 minutes to 'find' my account. He could see there was an account with my email address but couldn't find characters etc on it. He was VERY confused. I suggested that it might be an issue with migrating to the new account management software and he said he was looking into it, never confirmed or denied though.

    He finally had to re-set my password by hand to get me access to my account, where I found that my stuff was in fact just fine and not missing, regardless of what his computer told him!

    they dont teach these guys about uo.

    its as simple as adding the _uo to teh account but they dont know that. in my case it was little past just adding the _uo but it took her about 30+ mins to determine that little factoid alone.

    yes specialist is the term, they no longer have tiers.

    I was not going to stir the pot but enough is enough.

    EA CS people are just bunch of trash, here are a list of crap they have pulled in the past. Don't believe if you wish but just wait until it happens to you!

    1. Suggested that the person calling to try another game. Ok, this one pisses me off the F^$#ing most. We need more players and the freaking CS people are doing WHAT?! :wall:

    2. They would hangup on people (the mysterious hold and disconnect) just to keep their call status record at a higher % because apparently they suck at dealing with UO problems and it hurts their overall performance if they took too many UO related calls (Verified by other CS people ratting their own people out)! WTF I mean errr orly WTF! God damn it! :twak:

    3. The classic but always fun, "Oh.... the game is UO? ummmm" Then you know you are going to have a sh!**y experience.

    Do you want me to go on?

    How in the F does these people keep their job:mad:

    oh ya on top of that nbg when she asked for my verification she didnt have me tell ym name and address and all that she said it first and then asked if it was correct....

    CS personnel should never give out any account information!!!!!!!!

    They are suppose to ask caller to give those information for owner verification. Maybe that is how that other person's account keeps on getting hacked in the other thread! CS probably gave out account information and now the Hacker can give accurate information every time to access the account through CS again.

    Who needs any hacking skills when you can just easily get account information from CS personnel? WTF

    I mean, can we sue EA now? their CS people are giving personal information out:wall:
