    Been on hold for 30 minutes waiting to talk to an EA rep about unlinking an account. Still haven't heard from anyone. Anyone got an estimated time on an answer?

    I'ld try an email bud. It wont cost you as much, less chance of some ignorant CSR not knowing what they are doing and at lest then you have a tracable communication route.

    still trying to get the mess straightened out when i linked my accounts, waited online for over 45 mins today just to get someone to answer...... no recorded msg that all reps are busy or anything...... just the constant ring tone.

    they did manage to bill my account for five accounts, one of which i have not been able to access since the great Link project began (wait, there was one day when i managed to log into that account for a few hours, then poof!)

    Why do I think they put this whole link program into effect before it was road tested? Is my bitterness beginning to show?

    I've called EA/Mythic Biowear and got boosted to teir 3 but no email response.
    Now i cant even get past the 'on hold' music.

    Waiting for responce to original problem for well over a week now.

    What is sad is when you call to unlink accounts to put them all under one main account they tell you to email your request. So I did and then received this.
