Not really clear on what you mean. If you mean the NPC Sampires in Blackthorns then Parry is a waste as you can just keep away from them. If you are talking about player Sampires, which are mostly not setup for fighting players anyway, then the most obvious thing to do would be to cast Purge (Mysticism) or use a Ward Removal Talisman to knock them out of Vamp Form followed by keeping them poisoned. If they rely on Confidence to heal then that is easily stopped with interruptions (any hit, such as weaken). In addition try out Mana Vamp and Parra early on to see if they're equipped.

As far as I've heard since being back overcapping DCI is no longer useful (against HLD), unless you are using Armor Refinements at the cost of resist (meaning you could go 65/65/65/65/70 (elf) and have 60 actual DCI. Though you can only do that on non-medable armor.

Alternative tactic against players in Vamp Form is Corpse Skin (Necromancy) as very few have 105 Fire.

Sadly, there is an inbalance between certain classes, so I don't think you'll find any HLA Wrestling equipment. You could theoretically use HLD on Mace & Shield Glasses so your Wrestling hits more, but it isn't something I'd do.

I would however also add that Reactive Paralyze is fairly effective. I've fought a few people that had it recently and it's bloody annoying.

I would also consider the much underused but super fun 100 RPD. Not every weapon hitting you will be 100% physical damage, but the opponent doesn't get damage numbers overhead so quite often doesn't realise they're taking twice the damage. Combine with Blood Oath for even more 'kill yourself' fun.

Still not sure if you're referring to players or the monster/npcs but the monster/npcs quite often take Slayer damage from Undead (until some noob Mystic's RC casts Purge on them that is.)
