Tis the season...for an event??

Ok, as most of you know, I truly enjoy throwing shard events. In the past with my previous guild we threw some good ones! However, I have moved on and found a new guild home where I couldn't be happier, unless TMC threw a shard event!!!! With the holiday season upon us, we are all feeling in the festive mood to bring some fun and cheer to our Legends family and what better way to do that then to have a scavenger hunt loosely based on the classic tune "Twelve Days of Christmas". After the initial gathering, where you will be given your first clue and item, you will have to decipher just where our guild member is at portraying their "Day". After finding them they will give you an item symbolizing that line in the song. At each stop you will be checked to make sure you haven’t missed anything along the way. At the end of the 12 stops you will be given 1 last clue. This will lead you to Santa where he will be handing out gifts for all of you who have used your keen gaming minds (oh perhaps a guild mates!) and made it thru the 13 stops. Everything that you are given along the way will be yours for the keeping as well. So let’s get our caroling hats on (you all know you will be singing the song as you travel from place to place!) and meet at Luna Bank Saturday, December 19th (that’s this coming Saturday!!) at 7pm EST where the holiday fun will begin!!!

I'm really excited about this event, it's going to be a lot of fun for everyone involved. :)

  3. Shouldn't it be the 12 days of my holiday Yuletide since Christmas doesn't have 12 days of celebration? :p

However Yuletide is celebrated for 12 days.

Possiably. However I dont think the raido station is going to change their copies just for our politically correct corrections. :)

True as the whole event is based on the song the 12 days of Christmas.

We've been working hard on prizes, everyone who finishes will win something special. Anne has outdone herself this time, she's very creative. It will be as much fun for us, as for the people of Legends. So everyone come out Saturday night and have some Christmas fun with us.

Hey had a great time at the event, very nicely done. Thank you for holding it.
I messed up on a few clues but funny cuz i found tmc ppl anyway at my mistakes, but was able to back track and finish it. I LOVE this kinda stuff :) And very clever on the 12 days.

Kudos! Very well done. People had a great time. Excellent use of the shard chat. People stayed in touch and kept moving, it really helped to keep the event moving positively forward.
