trademark or copyright names

    I'm sure some of you remember the hoopla over people naming their characters with brand names or something maybe a year ago?

    With that in mind I was surprised to see the use of such by an EM in this thread:

    Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum

    Didn't some people lose characters or get banned or something? And I think some were allowed to rename and others got names assigned to them by a GM?
