  1. Ahoy! I was under the impression that cooking a large amount of fishsteaks at one time yielded multiple gains? However this has only happened to me once, am I doing something wrong? I am cooking roughly 2000-2500 fish steaks at a time, and only yielding .1 in gains. I read that 50-60k fishsteaks should be enough to get from 30ish - 75 or 80 using this method? I gained 2.5 points off of one stack of 2000 steaks, but ever since Im only gaining .1 per stack. Is there a trick im missing or anything or just a horrid string of luck in my gains? My cooking is only at 35.6

  2. disregard, its working for me now, must of just had a bad string of luck. im at 81.1 after cooking 2400 steak stacks and using roughly 100k raw fishsteaks.

I used individual fish steaks til I got high enough to make grapes of wrath and enchanted apples. Then I made those to GM. There's usually a nice market for them, or you can use them on your own dexxers.

  5. Aye, Im making Miso Soups now, but it seems real slow.Maybe .1 gain or so per 50 or 60 soups made? Maybe that is normal, im approaching 88 cooking now. Took yesterday off from skill gaining.

If you get a cooking talisman then you can mix things up to smooth out the gains. I made a bunch of grapes of wrath and enchanted apples also. The cooking menu allows you to make a bunch of items with one click similar to other crafting menus just in case you aren't aware.
