Treasure Maps

    i could go and search the correct section but I'm lazy. Just came across 100+ Treasure Maps in an IDOC and most of them are decoded but not completed.

    Can treasure maps that are decoded be completed by someone else with the revelant carto skill?

    Just curious.

    Yes if they have been decoded you can complete them. However if someone else decodes them at the time of digging, the new hunter is required to have carto on his template, with lockpick, and detect/remove (if he/she uses it).
    If the maps are decoded by the T-Hunter, then he/she can stone the carto skill, and still dig them up

    If anyone is interested there is the following treasure maps on my vendor:

    15 undecoded Level 1 maps

    15 decoded Level 4 maps

    and a box of 90 Level 1 decoded maps for 75,000 gold as a special bulk purchase.
