Turn in systems.

    People love these. I understand why some people don't want these to be an annual thing, but I'd like to propose something:

    -Make the turn in items different every time, to discourage hoarding.
    -Make the rewards different each time, so those who worked hard before aren't screwed with the new system. (In example, cursed arti's were worth 5k in points last turn in, don't make something 10x as easy to get this turn in worth the same amount)

    I don't see having them annually as a problem, as they serve multiple purposes:

    -Gets people out, hunting for the items that ARE still available.
    -Gets people to unclutter their banks and houses, and subsequently, the servers.
    -Gives an "event" type program to keep players occupied while new content is being added. Hence why I think now would be a great time, since the DEV's are working on the Magincia thing allegedly.

    I love the turn-in systems, particularly the Treasures of Tokuno. The ability to get minor arties was reasonable, it didn't matter where you fought (or what you fought) as long as it was in Tokuno. Best of all, you actually got to choose your final reward and therefore ensure it is actually something you need. I can't wait for ToT4 or something similar in SA. It would be nice if we could turn in anti-virtue dungeon artifacts for a choice of items as well.
