    As I stated in a previous post:

    The ability to redeem game registration codes and other codes which allow you to connect to and play the game will run once we are confirmed the first part of the process is running smoothly

    SO...once people are able to update their billing info, link accounts correctly, can access accounts and log into the game, codes will not work.

    So for everyone that had issues/errors before should now test and see that thier issues are resolved with anything BUT codes.

    I have the same problems like before.
    My IP is still Banned and i cant access any of my EA Master Accounts.
    Nothing is fixed
    When i try to login i get the same Message like before:

    Error
    There was an error processing your request

    Return to the homepage.

    When i try to klick one of the trial game buttons i get the Message like before:

    ???header.error.403.accessforbidden???
    Your IP address, xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, has been denied access to this site due to suspicious behavior.

    If you have received this message in error, please contact support at (650) 628-1001. Phone support hours are 10:00 am - 10:00 pm eastern time, Monday through Friday.

    This really sucks.

    Lets try to keep all issues in this thread.

    For me, everything is working as intended.

    3 accounts that were labled *active* and I could log into the game with are now *closed*

    They added 14 days of gametime to my main account (Thank you!)

    I have yet to receive my new credit card so cannot test the billing portion.

    Everything seems to be in order for me.

    Accounts that I know I went in and update the cc information are now either closed or showing the 14 day code and nothing to follow it. Only two accounts seem to be squared away, meaning they're active now and look like they're set to renew automatically billing my card in September.

    I have to go back over my bank account and e-mail messages and see what's what and make sure I haven't been overbilled for anything. I'm really reluctant to confirm cc information a second time on accounts until I understand more about this 14 day game time code situation and why it seemed to wipe out cc information that was on the account just a few days ago.

    I agree. Got an email that my credit card was declined. Saw they were doing updates, and decided to wait for them to say that it was back up. The sent out the message that they had it back up yet i am still unable to get to account management page to fix my Credit Card info...... I am not sure what they have done but it seems they have made this worse than it was............:thumbdown:

    IF YOU MISS THE BILLING CYCLE BY A FEW DAYS AND MIGRATE ... DO THEY WAIT AN ENTIRE MONTH BEFORE TRYING TO BILL A CUSTOMER AGAIN ?

    very frustrated :cursing:



    I already linked my account via phone last thursday or friday.

    now im on hold for half an hour waiting for CS again... the 'waiting music' doesn't help either.

    My friend has 9 accounts which she has paid for during the last 10 years with the same billing information which did not save. Her credit card would not work in account billing. She called EA. Spent hours on the phone. They could not even manually renew the accounts. They gave her 90 days of game time. Well so much for that, 4 of her accounts are blocked as of today and the rest will go out this month. I am extremely fearful that my friend is going to quit. Why would they say they gave 90 days and not do it?

    I reactivated an account on the 13th of this month. Everything was set to renew and perfect. Now after whatever they did tonight it says Start date: 8-21-11 - 9-21-11 and the billing info is wiped.

    I will also have to check my bank account to see if i was double billed. This is by far THE most annoying system i have ever seen.

    Sometimes change isn't good and this is one of those cases.

    Is anyone having problems seeing the account management page? I see it fine. My friend cannot see it on Firefox or Internet explorer. Any solutions?

    I am one of the victim sir.

    2 out of 4 accounts are blocked right after the account server down for maintainance and "FIXING ISSUE". The funniest part is, all 4 accounts are using the same credit card but 2 of them can't get thru only. By now, the ACCOUNT.EA.COM page is showing "DNS ERROR, PAGE CAN NOT BE FOUND" with any browser I have tried.
    I was playing well yesterday and earlier, no problem at all but the luck isn't on my side this time. What a total failure and huge screw up this time. EA/mythic is lack of resources for debugging????

    Btw I live in asia, is it anything related to this failure of account page connecting?

    I can't access it, neither in Firefox nor Chrome. It just times out on me or tells me it may have been moved.

    Well, it's pretty LAME that you can still no longer see when an account was deactivated. If it's there anywhere I haven't found it yet.

    All my Accounts are closed with no way to enter game time because I refuse to be Double Taxed on something! its actually against the law in the UK to double tax (as far as i know)

    i'm in the same boat as you. I went out of town and came back 4 hours later to try and login and my time ran out. So I tried accessing the Account management on the website and I get this:

    "Unable to connect

    Despite the Herald claiming "The Account Center is now online. Thank you for your patience.", I too can't reach the accounts website, on any browser - although Chrome is a little more informative than most

    "This web page is not available

    Check your Internet connection. Reboot any routers, modems or other network devices that you may be using.

    Stunning really. They have a webpage for news, a Facebook page, a Twitter page, and these forums - and the information coming out is still incomplete, slow, inaccurate and misleading :(


    Edit - Thanks to Petra, I found a way to reach the accounts page - do NOT use the link on UOHerald, instead use https://accounts.eamythic.com/


    Annoyingly, the data for all my accounts is still unavailable, I just get the

    "Error
    There was an error processing your request
    Return to the homepage."

    Which is irritating since before the 'update I could at least see the info for my closed accounts, but not my currently open and paid by gametime ones - now I get that error for everything.......

    if current players cant log on..... what of the olde player that wants to return????

    u can forget it,,,olde players will never be able to reopen olde accounts unless they have got a degree in maths and about 4 hours spare to figure it out.

    think the end of uo is coming sooner than we thought

    The HTML splash screen seems to be using the same address for the account server as UOHerald - which is wrong....

    I can access the account center just fine. Alle my accounts are linked and the billing info is up to date aswell. I had entered the cc info for 1 account and now it shoes the next billing dates on all accounts.

    What i didn't get is any 14 day free time on any account.

    What i still get is japanese emails from eamything. I can't read the junk they are trying to send to me ...

    It starts to be pressing. One account had an expiring credit card end of May and therefore was denied. Since I had a lot of work and planned vacation etc I decided to reopen this account after vacation with the new credit card info and would have been safe with the house on that account.
    Now the clock is ticking - the credit card payment confirmation for 6 month errors out, just as on uogamecodes store in the past - and the workaround, using a GTC, does not work either ...
    Starts to make me frustrated ...

    Why can Warhammer Online players buy and use game time codes as of at least 5 days ago, and UO players still cant?? :thumbdown: :thumbdown: :thumbdown:
    see here

    UO producers had 9 months to prepare for this, and it seems like they just sat on their arses until last week. :pint:

    This Genius who are responsible for this mess should be fired immedialtely.
    I dont understand why they dont give us our old Account Management back when they have so much trouble.
    One thing is for sure.
    I dont buy or play any Ea title in the Future when they dont fix this soon.
    At the German UO Forum are alot of People who have the same problems and some poeple who want to came back to UO get a kick in their asses.
    They cant reactivate their accounts and dont want play anymore after this trouble.
    The same with people wo had active accounts and their accounts are closed for missing CCard Infos or when their IP is banned on the new Site.
    I know alot of people who dont play since years but pay their accounts month for month for an come back.
    Most of them dont know about this problem we have with the migration and this people will loose their Houses for what they payed Month for Month and Year for Year.
    I know that the decay is off at the moment but this is not for a long time.
    And then the people who are thinking that their Houses are save gets an asskick.
    UO will loose alot of paying customers and they will notice this after the migration.

    WAR players can buy and use gametime codes as of at least 5 days ago, because they guy in WAR was complaining that his account is locked and he cant play while it is being processed.

    I know this is not exactly the problem at the moment but there is one thing i dont understand.
    Accounts who running out before the migration came up are in the House decay and the Houses will fall.
    Accounts who have the trouble with the new migration system are at the moment save because the decay is turned off.
    But why the Hell is no decay at the old bugged Houses which are placed at every return to brit?
    I have one test House which dont block the place for paying players (a small one) on an old account and this account is closed since 2001 or 2002 and the House dont decay.
    The account was only open at every return to brit and the House was placed at the last official return to brit (they told us that the bug was already fixed).
    There are alot of bugged Houses and some people use this non decay system since years for their stuff.
    This really sucks when paying people will loose their houses and cant reactivate their accounts about the migration disaster and the bugged cheater houses stay forever.

    No...go back and read it again.

    He's complaining because his ORDER is being processed and he hasn't received his gametime yet...not because he can't get it applied.

    "My main account is current locked because of the order being "processed", so I cant play while my friends in our vent are asking me to."

    and later on down in the thread:

    "3 hours and I havent received my game time and my team is without their main dps"

    So NO you're wrong HD...he hadn't even GOTTEN his gametime yet....yet alone tried to apply it.

    This I have to agree with.

    On one of the accounts that I have that was active during the migration, I was able to log onto it and went and placed a house with it, just to see what would happen.

    Yesterday when the system came back online, I went to look and the house was gone and that account is now labeled as *closed*

    So I KNOW they can manipulate the housing servers, it wasn't in decay, it was just totally GONE...yet the two houses that I placed back during the 2006 WBtB are still standing and not decaying at all.

    Obviously things are not yet running smoothly, so they haven't activated the ability to use codes yet.

    The WAR 30 day gametime code takes a couple of hours to process and in that time it prevents logins. It took 4.5 hours, and the guy I assumed then applied it, otherwise that he would have complained about not being able to apply the 30 day gametime code.

    So WAR players can buy and use gametime codes as of at least 5 days ago. UO players still cant. Yay team. :pint:

    Ok logged into account management fine and had my accounts linked already...

    I click each account to see that they are all closed? Guess that means no free game time was added to my accounts for compensation of all this mess.

    Upon further investigation it seems NONE of my billing information was migrated at all. No biggie.... ill just do it myself.

    So i go to activate accounts and update billing info... and noticed something odd.... Now its adding Tax to my accounts ?? Never seen the tax before...
    was always 12.99 per month on my bank statement.... now its 13.90?

    I live in the United States.... Not the United Kingdom before anyone asks.

    15 years of always a flat fee and now they toss in tax on top of it. :twak:

    This was poorly planned , improperly handled and utterly disastrous. It would have been WAAAAAY smarter to migrate everyones accounts to a "TEST" site first and test all changes and updates before pushing it LIVE and screwing up everyones accounts. But what do I know... im only a programmer.

    I can log into the game with all accounts I had open + one I closed on Sunday (when it ran out of paid time).

    However, the one I closed on Sunday shows a new months billing while one I did reopen on Sunday shows running on "borrowed time" or whatever they call it. Somehow these 2 accounts got reversed in billing... but both are playable. :eyes:

    Otherwise, none of my closed accounts are on any Return to Brit or free CS time.
