    Might have been resolved for mikni a long time ago, but
    the promo code I've been trying for the past week still fails, for me, today.

    It isn't fixed. I'm so frustrated! I have tried to contact Customer Service to get my stuff or else get a refund for monies paid, and having been advised to CALL them on the phone, I can't ever get through! "All circuits are busy". Anyone have any suggestions how to get ahold of them?

    Has this been fixed? From the tone of the thread, I would say no, but I need more soul stones and wanted to buy some today.

    Probably a stupid question but just making sure you're doing it right as I had no problem claiming my robe.
    You're using the "Help" button on your paper doll and then selecting the"promotional code" option?

    Well, I just redeemed three codes and they all worked fine. None of the codes were for the 15th robes though. Maybe its just a problem with the robes?

    Beware of an additional space at the end of your code. Sometimes, I would have a space at the end of the code when I copied and pasted it and it wouldn't work like that. Had to remove it.

    I tried to buy 4 soulstones this evening, got 3, the 4th gave me the message the purchase was in process and they'd get back to me. They billed my CC 4 times but still no 4th soulstone and there have been only three purchase emails.

    Annoying to say the least.

    I got my 15th anny robe code emailed to me by Messana wed morn, cashed it in with no problem that night....PAC shard winner, if it makes any difference...yes I know they havent been announced yet

    Funny this exact same thing happened to me. I called CS and they said I was flagged because I purchased the same item multiple times. I told the guy if they made it so i could add multiple items to a cart I wouldn't have to do it this way. He agreed but obviously not much he could do. My code showed up one hour after I made the purchase I didn't try to make any more purchases though there is more I wish to buy.

    Only allowing one of an item to be purchased at a time is the standard annoyance. <chuckle>

    I checked my email and the email for the 4th sale was there, showed up two hours after the problem. I now have the four soulstones I wanted. Now to train the three skills to go on them. :)

    Turns out using some web browsers as your explorer doesn't mesh with their sales sight or the account management. Using windows explorer works right.

    Everyone is sure they're not accidentally copy/pasting an extra space at the beginning or end of the code? That has often proved to be the problem in the past.

    Positive that is not the case for me. Double checked,triple checked, even typed it in myself without copy/paste.

    I redeemed codes for a char transfer and a legacy token this morning without incident. Both were purchased off the Origin store within the past few weeks.

    I purchased a legacy token code and a code for the raised garden beds today.
    I had no problems redeeming them.

    Two more days have gone by and still cannot redeem. Have sent three emails on topic to messana as she emailed the winning code to me and no reply to all three emails. Spoke with Great Lakes EM and she told me to email messana :(

    I emailed Mesanna as well. It took awhile for us to actually meet up in game but she gave me my robe. Huge thank you to her for that. Especially since she was getting ready for the big storm to hit. Patience pays off this time...
