    I am having problems adjusting quantity at EA store. Are we supposed to do one transaction per code?

    The page seems to error when I try to change the quantity. It clears the shopping cart and leads to a somewhat dead-end page... all I can so is start over again and again...

    i had the same problem when i tried to order multi copies.

    so i just did it one at a time, had no problem.

    I was able to purchase five sets of codes at one time through the UOGamecodes site. Received the upgrade and promotional item codes in one e-mail within about a minute after the order went through.

    I bought 2 codes at UOGamecodes. If they had offered a discounted 5-pack, I would have upgraded all my accounts. Since there is no insentive to buy more, I'm just going to leave my 2 mule accounts and my 1 house-holding account out of the upgrade. I'm upgrading my main account and my primary mule account so I can train one of my mules to imbue.

    I don't get it. I have the SA client, it was a free download. And this morning it made a big patch. But i cannot log into the shards, even though I saw that they were back up.
    I do not understand about buying SA. I have the client, have valid gametime, and the shards up updated. What is there to buy?

    After you buy the expansion, you need to upgrade your account in order to access the new content by going here. (clink on the "Modify an Account" link.

    The uogamecodes website is a 3rd party vendor? But I have to log in with my account information from UO? Gee, so that´s how the accounts get hacked :D

    On a more serious note, wanna know why the store sucks and nothing gets changed?
    Take a look at part of the email they send me:
    "On you’re My Account page click on Subscription Info"
    It is being programmed by idiots. You´d think you would spellcheck stuff like this, eh?

    O.K. step one down...EA has taken my money. I purchased two upgrades from UOGamecodes which I received via e-mail along with the bonus. Unfortunately, as I am at work, I do not know if they will apply properly. I should know in 5 hours.

    Bought and upgraded my account no problems from UOGamecodes.com

    Received email with confirmation and upgrade code + promo item code.
    I applied and upgrade the upgrade code, but a no-go for my promo code, says it is invalid...any answers?

    YAY! New account code ONLY. Currency convertion rate is $1 = 1€ = GG.

    Any news about UOGamecodes.com? Still getting the "your account is too new" error (58 months old acc). I'll rather buy it from UOGamecodes.com for $29.99 or I'll not by it at all.

    uogamecodes.com just goes in a loop when i enter my acct. info, and ea store puts up a window saying "you must make the following selectoins".. and has a picture of the SA box. What else am i to click if not the "add to cart" button?

    My problem specifically is here:

    When ordering a new account code, there is a series of drop-down menus to the right of the Sygian Abyss box picture on the pop-up. You can go from the drop down menus on to checking out.

    When ordering a account upgrade, you get the picture I have shown above (picture shown in Chrome, tried with IE as well), which has no additional choices I could make, and thus nothing can be done with this attempt at ordering besides "cancel."

    (quick translation of the text on the middle pop-up:
    "Before we can add "Expansion Packet: Ultima Online Stygian Abyss (Upgrade Only)" to your basket, you must first make the following choices")

    P.S. Why the hell does uogamecodes.com need my PASSWORD to verify that i have an account? have i just been had? ima change that right now.

    I used the link EA store Current subscribers and then because there was only the one product (expansion pack) I ordered it.
    I now have a code that is only useable for a new account so I am now having to try and get a refund/canellation.
    I purchase my game codes using the Pay-By-Cash option yet for some unbeknown and utterly stupid reason, EA have excluded the SA upgrade from that option. I don't have a credit card so my sis was going to buy it, yet the UO Game Code Store doesn't let UK credit card transactions go through.
    I am now stumped and very very very frustrated. I want to upgrade AND get my free goodies yet EA are preventing me doing this.
    Ohh yes I DID try to cal but I cannot afford to be on hold on a telephone call from the UK for 17 minutes + *sighs*.
    One thing is for certain IF I don't get my refund and IF I don't get my code somehow Ghost a four and a half year player will give up on UO.

    its pretty sad when they spend so much time and effort convincing people to buy their product, and then make it damn near impossible for them to do it.

    It's almost like they dont want our money... o_O

    Are you using the correct code? You get two, the stygian abyss one you use on the uo.com website when you go to modify your account, the other code for the free stuff you use ingame (I think, just about to try to do this). It's one of the help options when you go to redeem a code, it should make the tokens or whatever pop into your bank, I think.

    Ok, one account done but now when I try to buy another one from the EA store it says :

    "Oops! Our records show you have already purchased Ultima Online™: Stygian Abyss™. Only 1 digital download purchase of a particular title is allowed. You will not be charged for Ultima Online™: Stygian Abyss™ at this time. "

    How do I buy a code for my second account? Anyone manage to get two of these?

    Where can I download the most up to date version of the game on a new computer? I found ML download but that's a lot of patching!
     
  38. Sounds like alot are having problems ordering more then one code from EA store thought that was the place to go for codes for expansion if you needed to buy alot?

    uogamecodes has never worked for me, and still continues to not work (singapore).

    never knew a situation where a consumer can't spend the $.

    29.99 USD = 20.6910 EUR
    You add the VAT : 20.6910 x 1.196 = 24.75

    Where do those additional 5€ come from? Shipment of the code by boat? *******!
    And it's even worse on the €39.99 for the whole thing.


    I'm happy I bought it in dollars from the link on uo.com (uogamecodes)

    i managed to get through the 'verify your account' page in UOgamecodes (was stuck there for a long time, just looping over), and now i can't pay for it. when i confirmed my order an error page appeared asking me to call the EA representative.

    mycenaen: i'm in singapore too, have you figured out a way to download SA yet? i can't enter through EA's website too.

    Hmm, there were server connect issues in the morning, but I was able to play on Tuesday without having to purchase anything. if you've got game time, and you've already downloaded and installed the free SA client, there is nothing to do but to log in and play! Saw alot of Gargoyles walking around Luna last night.

    Bump! Five days left to get the SA code with free promotional junk.

    Make sure you don't select "new account" for an upgrade code.

    You will get two codes in your email, the upgrade code is used at uo.com and there are directions in the email how to apply it. The promotional code is used ingame (Help on paperdoll/Promotional code).

    If you've been on the fence for getting SA, now is the time to hop off and get it! It's fabulous and has something for everyone. :thumbsup: I have played more UO in the last two weeks than in the three months before that. :)

    And how long would one expect it to take to get the e-mails once uocodes has processed the order and said the upgrade codes and the Promotional Item will be sent? :pint:

    I got all of my codes almost immediately after purchase. In the time it took to log into my email account after purchasing my copies of the expansion, I already received my codes.

    Thanks it has been about 3 hours now and nothing, I have had a Live Chat with an EA person that has escalated it.

    I am a tad bit irked at the 24 - 48 hours possibility for a reply from the ones it was escalated to.

    I see that they did NOT have any hesitation in being able to make the charge though. :pint:

    One minute to get the money and 30+ hours, no e-mails, no reply to the request for information/status on the EA support page, nothing.

    A complete and total vacuum were information/results should exist.

    Monday, I tell the Credit Card Company to not pay the amount due to no delivery and put in the issue on the EA support page to cancel the payment and that I have asked the Credit Card Company to not pay due to non performance. :pint:

    Well there has been closure.

    It wasn't pretty and certainly wasn't due to the system.

    First off uogamescode (sp) succeeded at getting the money. :thumbsup:

    Second off uogamescode failed at sending any information period.

    Third, support.ea.com/chat succeeded at connecting me to an agent that took the information and escalate it.

    Forth, said agent entered my e-mail address wrong.

    Fifth, when I added to the open incident that the contact e-mail was wrong and supplied the correct e-mail address, another agent noticed it was a duplicate issue and closed it.

    Sixth, the agent did not correct the contact e-mail address of the open incident.

    Seventh, the open incident was not able to be shown because it had information that was classified as private. Preventing me from reading it, let alone add to it.

    Eighth, Because the e-mail address was wrong I was getting no e-mails.

    Catch 22, I could not append to the open incident and the e-mail was wrong on the open incident. No means to communicate. Total system failure.

    Ah, but there is the catch, If you can not see the open Incident then please call us at .....

    I call, wait 12 minutes and change, give the agent my e-mail address and ... you got it no incidents on file. I suggested they look under the misspelled e-mail, they found the incident, corrected the misspelled e-mail, issued me the appropriate codes.

    In the end, what I can say is all is well that ends well. :pint:
