    Hail and Well met!

(OOC)I am tardy in my post to stratics, though have been in game and other venues to introduce myself. I am taking this out of character (OOC) as not all, in fact few these days really role play.
Many of you already know me in one form or another so feel free to give me a shout.

(IC)I have resided in Minoc for nearly 156 years, I know I look pretty good for an old lady. *laughs* The lands of Sosaria are good to a human, blessing us with long life. That coupled with a witches skills I should look the same until I have breathed my last.

I am a red-headed witch born in the hills north of Minoc, witch and alchemist by trade as well as a few other sundry skills I've learned in my years. I've served on the High Council in many forms for a good many years in jobs from Minister of Public Affairs to Chancellor of Virtue. Lady Lava never hit me with a pie!! *sticks out tongue at Chancellor DaKaren*

Minoc currently has a trade deal with the Merchants Association offering a +2 Mana Regen buff useable every twenty four hours (24) by visiting the city stone and accessing its hidden contents. Of course you must be a resident of the City to enjoy such benefits. I wish to thank Discord Dan for helping with the second weeks expenses!! Also to my loving husband John who has been helping us to gather money to use for next weeks renewal.

I am ready and able to grant titles to citizens, but thus far only John has been willing to be guinea pig and let me try out the new powers. (aka play with the process and see what is "acceptable"). I have no list of names of citizens of Minoc and there is no such resource available so you will have to track me down!

The first meeting of the Ruling Council was enlightening. This will be a learning process for all involved I believe. I drafted a letter to Mayor Burnside offering to work with him only to find out the 28th he has retired from his office. Thus I guess my next step per instructions is to forward such directly to the King's people and see what comes of it.

Seating for the next meeting should be more user friendly, and the agenda for the night I hope will continue to be available on the table corners.

(Do not hesitate to contact me in what ever personality you know me as I can always relay a message to Governor Tanda Knighthawke)

    So long!
    Strength and Honor!
