Hi out there all you UOies :),
Was wondering if anyone has figured out how to use the Gem of Salvation?
I know you cannot access it once you are dead...I tried.
There is nothing on stratics pertaining to what would be the coolest little item if I could just figure out how to use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :eyes:

You just need to carry it in your packpack. When you die a option will appear if you want to ressurect.

And.."can't be a criminal" apparently also includes poisoning yoursef..;p Tried it to test these gems. I am therefore assuming that Reds can't use them at all? Unless the "criminal" tag is set by the attacker code used for Gates. Anyone know or does this have to be tested?

I can confirm that Reds can use the gem provided they have not flagged as an aggressor. Again, I suspect this restriction is similar to the code preventing recall/gate after attacking.
