    Among themasses lurks a silent legion of tireless souls waiting for their moment to leapto the forefront of battle and overcome obstacles even the most seasoned ofsoldiers cannot attempt to defeat. These legions, better known as ‘CSRs” arehere for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Their weapons are honed, theirhands poised above the keyboard just waiting to leap into action at a moment’snotice. Our experienced Customer Service team is now fully functional andprepared to come to your aid any time of day or night. If you find you’re inneed of assistance with game-stopping emergency issues, please type /appeal ingame. Here’s an example of reasons you should contact a CSR:
    - You arestuck in the game’s geometry and are unable to move. Relogging and using /stuck(is this functional in WAR: this is functional) does not help.

    - You arebound in a zone that is currently down and you need a safe place to call home.

    - You’velost your Book of Binding and need to get home!

    - Youwitness someone breaking the rules. This includes exploiting, causing a severedisturbance in a public channel and inappropriate names.
